If you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or feel like you’ve lost a part of yourself, it can be challenging to manage on your own.

 

Together, we can work towards cultivating resilience and finding a new path forward for you at your own pace. Here are some examples of what you might be experiencing and how I can support you:

 

1.      Confusion and Disorientation:

☀️I assist you to identify the source of your anger and find                   healthy ways to express it.

 

4.      Isolation and Loneliness: 

☁️You feel isolated from others, experience a sense of                             loneliness, and struggle with social interactions.

5.      Low Self-Esteem and Self-Worth: 

☁️You experience a decline in self-esteem and self-worth,                     questioning your value and purpose in life.

☀️I help you identify your strengths and values, and find ways             to align them with your goals.

 

6.      Relief and Guilt for Feeling relief:  

☁️You feel relief, particularly in situations of difficult                                 relationships or prolonged illness, but then feel guilty for                 experiencing relief.

Loss can be overwhelming and draining, often impacting you not only emotionally but also physically. These feelings are natural and valid, but they don’t have to define you or your future. Practicing self-compassion and working to align yourself with your values can help you cope in a way that allows you to learn more about yourself and your strengths.

My approach

I take a person-centered and comprehensive approach to coaching that focuses on your unique needs and experiences. We take into account all aspects of your life, including your physical health, emotional well-being, and social relationships. I value your autonomy, choices, and aspirations.

 

Using a range of tools and techniques, I help you consider different viewpoints, explore your underlying assumptions and beliefs, challenge yourself, and take responsibility for your actions, choices, and successes.

The Introductory Call

 

The first step is to book an Introductory call with me. This initial conversation allows us to assess whether our collaboration can help you achieve your desired outcomes. During this call, you can ask questions, learn more about my approach, and gain insight into how I can assist you.

 

This will also allow us to get a better sense of what it’s like to work together.

 

Tailored to You

 

Recognizing that your goals and challenges are unique, our collaboration can take various forms tailored to your specific needs. This call serves as a mutual exploration, where we discuss your preferences and what resonates most with you. Your input guides the direction of our work together, ensuring the most effective and personalized path forward.

 

Dive into your preferred session options

 

Here are a few recommended session options to choose from. However, please note that the number of sessions and timeframes can also be tailored to suit your needs.  These options serve as a starting point, and I highly encourage a discussion together to customize your ideal plan.

 

All of the following coaching sessions are conducted one on one:

 

  • 6-week Kickstart program - CHF 290                                                                                                                                               3 sessions of 60 min. each, recommended in a 6-week timeframe.

  • 3-month Directional Clarity program - CHF 570:                                                                                                                        6 sessions of 60 min. each, recommended in a 3-month timeframe.

  • 6-month Personal Transformation program - CHF 1,120:                                                                                                     12 sessions of 60 min. each,  recommended in a 6-month timeframe.

 

I speak both French and English fluently and can offer coaching in your preferred language.
